ADVANCE QUALITY ENGINEER
Responsible contact (internal and external) for all quality related issues.
Generate advanced quality plan and determine appropriate quality control measures (FMEA, q-plan, capability studies etc.) in close conjunction with engineering, pre-production planning, production center teams as well as the customers and suppliers. Ensure the implementation and supervision of customer quality requirements and goals within the organization.
On-time fulfillment of customer PPAP/ISIR requirements.
Plan and present quality data for potential new business.
Coordination of quality requirements with the customer.
Generate advanced quality plans with the customers, suppliers, production center team, and central departments.
Creation of quality plans, verification of product manufacturability, collaboration on design and process FMEA.
Conception of test fixtures, arrange construction, and monitor completion as well as keeping costs within planned budget.
Improve the quality situation through the constant analysis of the product together with the product center team and through deliberate measures.
Customer and supplier visits. Ensure quality requirements are adhered to during the product design phase.
Carry our TS 16949 and ISO 14001 related activities on behalf of team.
Maintain internal and customer documentation for quality records.
Assist production team with serial production concerns.
Initiate activities to create HIPPA privacy awareness within the organization and implement privacy policies and procedures.
